How long does delivery take?
We ship to Germany and Switzerland. Since our products are imported, processing and delivery time is generally between 7 and 15 business days, depending on the carrier and customs. We'll email you tracking information as soon as your order is on its way to your country.
Do I need to pay customs duties or import VAT?
If you order from Germany (EU), you shouldn't incur any additional costs. If you order from Switzerland, since Switzerland isn't part of the EU, the carrier may charge Swiss VAT and/or a customs fee upon delivery, depending on the order value. Whenever possible, we flag this at checkout.
Can I return a product if I don't like it?
